En Day

A lot of people ask me : Keith , What you will do when you facing stress?
Hmm, I like to bath & I like to swim. Yeah, Water can make me feel GOOD!! Drink more water ba. H2O can make your thinking remain fresh !




Nice pool right? My school swimming pool . I like it so much. The water very clean there. Somemore is olympic size swimming pool. Just only RM1.50 PER entry. Can come N meet me here. We swim together.

Tips for you: You can swim early morning.7am-745am. OR 6pm-9pm. This 2 session is the most suitable timing for you to swim. Remember it yah !





Opss , fatty tummy. But I like it . >.< Bath after swim. SIOK betull 99.





So. My tummy is the most meaty one. >.<
